The Missouri Department of Conservation will be conducting a Hunter Education course on Friday, Sept. 22 and Saturday 23 at the Aquila Community Room in Trenton.

The course will be 10 hours in length and will run from 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 22 and from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sept. 23. Attendence both day is required for certification. There will be one hour lunch break on the 23rd from noon til 1 p.m.
Certification is limited to student 11 years of age or older. However, students may take the courst if they turn 11 by Oct. 23, 2006. Students will need to bring a pencil, social sercurity number, optional, and proof of age to the course. Students will also need to pick up manuals and pre-register at Easter’s True Value by 4 p.m., Sept. 22. If you have question, please call Conservation Agent Jeff Berti at 359-6288.
