Members of Junior Girl Scout Troop #200 recently completed the requirements needed to earn their Girl Scout Bronze Award, the highest award a Junior Girl Scout can earn.
This website brought to you in part by the following sponsor:

Before beginning the award project, scouts had to earn 2 badges related to their project, complete one of the Girl Scout Signs and earn the Junior Girl Scout Leadership Award. The actual project had to take approximately 15 hours to complete and provide community service.
Troop #200 decided to implement a “Bookworm Buddy” program at the Grundy County Jewett Norris Library by making themselves available to read to younger children during one hour increments this summer. Each child who participated received a “bookworm” bookmark, made by troop members. The eight-week program concluded last Friday at which time the troop donated approximately 30 books to the children’s library.
Troop members earning the award include Morgan Brown, Shelby Chaney, Haley Creason, Brittany Demsich, Kelsey Donohue, Ally Foster, Loren Fox, Kaylee Lickteig, Mackenzie Mack, Hannah Mullany and Alexis Whitney. The troop leaders are Dana Creason and Beth Mack.
