Troy E. Fletchall, 35, Buffalo, had a charge of first degree child molestation dismissed.
Philip D. Gonzalez, 32, Kansas City, had a charge of non-support dismissed.

Judge Steven D. Hudson
Sondra R. Smith, Chillicothe, admitted violating the terms of her probation on an original charge of driving while intoxicated. Her probation was continued with the additional condition that she obtain an alcohol assessment and follow the recommendations.
David Leffler, 30, 421 13th St., pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle with his license revoked and was sentenced to serve two days in the Grundy County Jail. He is to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the Crime Victim’s Compensation Fund.
Daniel Harding, 20, 1100 Laclede St., pleaded guilty to resisting arrest and being a minor in possession of intoxicating liquor by consumption and was sentenced to serve 16 days in the Grundy County Jail on each count, with the sentences to run concurrently. He is also to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF. A charge of third degree domestic assault was dismissed.
Carlos L. Hernandez, 41, 422 W. Crowder Ct., had a charge of failing to stop for a stop sign dismissed.
Samuel S. Storrer, 24, 812 E. 19th St., pleaded guilty to resisting arrest, second degree property damage, assault of a law enforcement officer and second degree burglary. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail on each count, with credit given for time served and all sentences to run concurrently and with an identical sentence for failing to return rented or leased property, to which he had also pleaded guilty. He is to pay a total of $209 cost and $20 to the CVCF.
Jeffrey L. Petrie, 22, 802 E. 24th St., was ordered bound over to Division I on a charge of abuse of a child, resulting in death, after the court ruled in a preliminary hearing that there was probable cause to believe the defendant had committed the offense. He is scheduled to appear in court Sept. 14.
Terry L. Roberts, 22, 208 E. 10th Ct., pleaded guilty to passing bad checks, with two other counts of passing bad checks dismissed. He was fined $100, $104. 50 costs and $10 to the CVCF. He is also to pay restitution of $130.14 to the prosecuting attorney.
Bradley S. Wilson, 26, Spickard, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on charges of second degree assault and second degree burglary. Trial-setting was scheduled for Aug. 10.
Thomas A. Chrisman, 34, Missouri Department of Corrections, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Trial-setting was scheduled for Aug. 10.
Terry Thomas, 35, Missouri Department of Corrections, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on three counts of passing bad checks. Trial-setting was scheduled for Aug. 10.
Robert J. Coppock, 39, Spickard, waived his preliminary hearing and had his case bound over to Division I on charges of driving while intoxicated. He pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle on the highway while his license was revoked and was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Jail, with credit given for time served. He is to pay $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF. He also waived formal arraignment and pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault, which had been amended from second degree domestic assault. He was sentenced to serve 30 days in the Grundy County Jail, with credit given for time served and the sentence to run concurrently with the other charge. He is to pay $104.50 and $10 to the CVCF.
April D. McDonald, 1107 E. Eighth St., waived her preliminary hearing and had her case bound over to Division I on four counts of passing bad checks. Trial-setting was scheduled for Sept. 14.
Gary L. Bartley, 61, Sedalia, and Jeffery A. Testa, 39, Cameron, pleaded guilty to amended charges of defective brakes and was fined $250.50 and $56.50 costs.
Brooke N. Marriott, 21, 409 E. 10th Ct., had a charge of second degree domestic assault dismissed.
Shawn M. Schultz, 32, 218 S. Main St., pleaded guilty to consuming an alcoholic beverage while operating a motor vehicle and was fined $200 and $56.50 costs.
Gerald D. Coffelt, 56, Galt, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs.
Tammy R. Flynn, 43, 128 E. Seventh St., pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and was fined $300, $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF and $90 recoupment of funds. She also pleaded guilty to not maintaining financial responsibility for a vehicle and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to failing to have two lighted headlamps and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs. She also pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle on the highway without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs.
Brian Courtney, Galt, pleaded guilty to passing bad checks and was fined $100, $104.50 costs, $10 to the CVCF and $85.95 restitution through the prosecuting attorney’s office.
LouAnn Scott, 746 N.E. 45th St., had a charge of passing bad checks dismissed.
Brenda M. Carpenter, 44, Laredo, pleaded guilty to third degree domestic assault and was fiend $100, $104.50 costs and $10 to the CVCF.
