Judge Steven D. Hudson
Adria Meek, 21, 128 S. Main St., had a charge of failing to display proof of insurance dismissed.
Pleading guilty to speeding and fined $32.50 and $56.50 costs were William A. Michels, 19, Chillicothe, and Chad E. Rosenberger, 32, Raymore.
Jarod S. Cook, 27, Browning, pleaded guilty to operating a vehicle without a valid license and was fined $37.50 and $56.50 costs.
Jeffrey W. Stotts, 25, Spickard, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility and was fined $27.50 and $56.50 costs.
Pleading guilty to not wearing a seat belt and fined $10 were Ashley N. Wilson, 19, Galt, and Stephanie Wilson, Jamesport.
Douglas L. Dolan, 42, 70 S.E. 59th St., pleaded guilty to failing to stop for a red light and was fined $17.50 and $56.50 costs.
Wilbur J. Roberts, Jr., 42, Spickard, pleaded guilty to operating a motor carrier vehicle without a medical certificate and was fined $52.50 and $56.50 costs.
Having charges of passing bad checks dismissed were Jacob D. Cottrell, 835 W. 13th Ct., three counts; Dorothy Dixon, 71304 Leisure Lake Dr., one count; and Kim Clevenger, Gallatin, one count.
Associate Civil
Midfirst Bank vs. Luella Slagel, Ryan Slagel and John Doe. The court ordered the plaintiff to have restitution of 2205 Chicago St. Execution of the judgment was stayed and the defendant was ordered to vacate the premises on or before Sept. 5.
LVNV Funding LLC vs. Scott D. Keith. The case, which involved a suit on account, was dismissed.
