As a follow-up to a meeting held earlier this week at Dockery Chapel Church, Grundy County Clerk Kristi Urich has announced that she will meet with the Jefferson Township board of trustees at 7 p.m. Monday at the same location.
Mrs. Urich met with residents of Jefferson Township Monday evening to discuss the consolidation of polling places, including the one in that township.A committee consisting of Jake Graber, Loretta Ray and Adrian Cox was formed and discussed the issue with Mrs. Urich. Mrs. Urich will meet with township trustees on Monday to further discuss the issue.
