The Rissler Elementary School PTO held its final meeting of the year Tuesday, electing officers and hearing reports on year-end activities.
Molly Long and Sherry Mihalovich were elected co-presidents for the 2006-2007 school year, with Kimberly Herring elected vice president. Frances Whitney was re-elected treasurer and Ronda Lickteig was re-elected as secretary.
It was announced that the Teacher Appreciation Meal will be catered by Lisa Fuller for approximately 65 staff members on May 9 and the PTO will provide pizza for the fourth grade party on Wednesday, May 17. The dates were set for the fall chili supper, which will be Nov. 10 and the fall book fair will be held Nov. 6-10.
