Items on the announced agenda include proposed policy manual changes, setting of special meetings for election certification and with the NCMC Foundation, approval of annual audit, acceptance of bids for cash rental for Metcalf Acres and computer software, recommendation for tuition and fees/room and board, proclamation for community college month, re-employment of full-time faculty, employment of payroll and benefits officers, employment of an ARC learning specialist, recommendation for emeritus status, employment of adjunct instructors, employment of part-time AEL staff and administrative reports from the deans of instruction and student services, chief fiscal officer, president and the NCMC Foundation. An executive session is planned to discuss personnel, legal matters and real estate.
