Mary V. Bunch, a 57-year-old Lexington resident, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005 at her home. She was a native of Mercer.

Mary V. Bunch, a 57-year-old Lexington resident, died Sunday, Dec. 4, 2005 at her home. She was a native of Mercer.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2005 at the Slater Funeral Home in Trenton. Rev. Ed Sweeten will officiate. Burial will be in Middle Point Cemetery, located west of Mercer.
A family visitation is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2005 at the funeral home.
Ms. Bunch was born Jan. 16, 1948 in Mercer, the daughter of Hearl Dea and Stella Marguerita Clark Stark. She attended Mercer schools and had worked as a nurse’s aide. Ms. Bunch lived in Arkansas and Ozark, AL before moving to Lexington.
She is survived by two sons, Kelly Owens and his fiancee, Beverly Roberts, and Chris Owens and his wife, Michelle, all of Lexington; four sisters, Naeomi McCullough of Lexington, Wanda Eckert of Laredo, Priscilla Ethridge of Bolivar and Sharon Cattlett of Oklahoma City, OK; two brothers, Jackie Stark of Lexington, and Wayne Stark of Laredo; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Martha Stark and Delores Stark; and two brothers, Robert Stark and Joseph Stark.
