Jesse W. Standiford, a 66-year-old resident of Gallatin, died on Thursday night, Nov. 17, 2005 at the Lake Viking Health Care in Gallatin. He was a former Trenton resident.

Jesse W. Standiford, a 66-year-old resident of Gallatin, died on Thursday night, Nov. 17, 2005 at the Lake Viking Health Care in Gallatin. He was a former Trenton resident.
Funeral services were held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, 2005 at the Slater Funeral Home in Trenton. Rev. Mike Moore officiated. The body was cremated after the service.
Mr. Standiford, was born on Nov. 15, 1939 in Spickard, the son of Charles William and Frances Lorene Poppino Standiford. He attended Spickard schools and served in the U.S. Army.
He was married on Sept. 24, 1988 at Sedalia to Nancy Harmison Hochstetler, who survives of Trenton.
He is also survived by three sons, Steve Standiford of Stockbridge, GA, Travis Standiford of Springfield and Mike Standiford of Lebanon, MO; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Eula Fern Downen; and one brother, James E. Standiford Sr.
