The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, Nov. 7 on a request from the city to rezone a portion of Ninth Street.
The city is asking that Ninth Street between Grant and Washington, including one block north and one block south, be rezoned from R-3, one- and two-family dwelling-lower density to MU, mixed use to reflect the actual usage of the area. Ninth Street west of Grant was rezoned as mixed use when the new zoning maps were developed, however, the portions listed above were not included in the rezoning.
The hearing will be held at 7 p.m. at city hall.
