There were 208 head of hogs shown at the North Central Missouri Fair Swine Show on Wednesday.

Ross Oram of Gilman City exhibited the supreme champion boar while Whitney Ray of Gallatin showed the reserve champion boar. The supreme champion gilt belonged to Tyler Alden of Hamilton and Steven McCully of Harris had the reserve champion gilt. Tyler Dietzschold of Chillicothe showed the supreme champion market hog while Adam Wolf of Chillicothe had the reserve champion market hog.

Showmanship honors went to Cyrsten Lollar of Chillicothe, 10-and-under; Jon Black of Chillicothe, 11 to 14; and Bailey Pope of Lathrop, 15-and-over. Mason and Pake Croy of Trenton were named the Outstanding Grundy County Exhibitors.

The poultry show on Wednesday saw 42 exhibits in various poultry categories. Tonight’s events include a children’s puppet show in the courtyard area at 6 p.m., followed by music from Glory Road at 7 p.m. and Living Water at 8 p.m. The grandstand entertainment features “extreme bullriding,” which gets under way at 7 p.m.
