The Missouri Department of Transportation has announced that pavement repair operations will begin on Monday, June 20 and continue through August on Highway 6 in Grundy County.
The work will be done on the road from the Daviess County line through Trenton to one-half mile east of Highway 65. The work will prepare the roadway for an asphalt overlay scheduled to begin next spring.
Motorists can anticipate delays and prepare to encounter traffic signals. Drivers are encouraged to use caution and patience in the work zone area. Alternative routes should be utilized when appropriate.
