Grundy County 4-H members participated in the annual Contest Day activities, held Saturday on the campus of North Central Missouri College.

Grundy County 4-H members participated in the annual Contest Day activities, held Saturday on the campus of North Central Missouri College.

Items were selected to be sent for Missouri State Fair and Interstate judging later this year.

Selected for the state competition were Elizabeth Eller, Stuart Eller, Chanel Pash and Kade Kinney, working demonstrations; Cristin Chambers, Courtney Leeper and Kenton Kinney, general demonstrations; and Jason Ausberger, Power Point.

Chosen for Interstate were Rebecca Tate, dress review; Abby Saul and Kade Kinney, working demonstrations; Kenton Kinney, general demonstrations; Indy Raymo and Laramy Raymo, public speaking; and Christin Chambers, Share the Fun.

Blue Ribbons were awarded to the following individuals:

Personal Appearance – Sarah Maxwell, Courtney Leeper, Elizabeth Leeper, Rebecca Tate, Abby Saul, Kenton Kinney, Kade Kinney, Jacob Hall, Stuart Eller, Elizabeth Eller, Garity Hanes, Troy Hanes, Chanel Pash, Illana Raymo, Sam Tate, Indy Raymo, Laramy Raymo and Emily Anderson.

Dress Review – Rebecca Tate.

Working Demonstrations – Elizabeth Eller, Stuart Eller, Sarah Maxwell, Abby Saul, Chanel Pash, Laramy Raymo, Indy Raymo, Illana Raymo, Kade Kinney and Emily Anderson, working demonstrations.

General Demonstrations – Cristin Chambers, Courtney Leeper, Rebecca Tate, Kenton Kinney, Garity Hanes, Troy Hanes, Brittany Hanes and Kayla Hanes.

Clover Kids Show and Tell – Elizabeth Leeper, Samuel Tate, Jacob Hall and Illana Raymo.

Public Speaker – Indy Raymo and Laramy Raymo.
