Timothy Lowell Collins, a 42-year-old resident of Gladstone, died on Friday, March 11, 2005, at Wright Memorial Hospital in Trenton.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 15, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel in North Topeka, KS. Burial will be in Half-Day cemetery.

General visitation began this afternoon and a family visitation will be held from 6 to 7:30 tonight (Monday, May 14, 2005) at the funeral home.

Mr. Collins was born on April 11, 1962 in Topeka, KS, the son of Carlton Lowell and Patricia Ann DeHart Collins. He graduated in 1980 from Seaman High school. He worked as a bookkeeper for Bond Wholesale and Smokes for Less in Trenton. He was an avid NASCAR and KU fan and enjoyed watching all college sports.

He is survived by his mother, Patricia A. “Patty” Collins of Gladstone; two brothers Harry Jay Collins of Las Vegas, NV and Arthur Ray Collins of Topeka; one sister, Alison Kay Collins of Gladstone; one niece, Becky Collins; and three nephews, Joseph Collins, Adam Collins and Tyler Collins.

He was preceded in death by his father.

The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association at PO Box 1653, Topeka, KS 66601.
