The board met with a representative of IKON to discuss a replacement for the current copier. It was agreed to have IKON exchange the current Ricoh copier with a new Canon copier. It is thought that the new copier will save the district more than $1,000 per year on lease and maintenance fees.

In other business, board members were recognized for their service to the district and were presented with a certificate. They also discussed their recent certification training. It was agreed to have the Grundy County Health Department hold a health fair for employees with the board paying the $13 fee for each participating staff member to promote employee wellness.

Her evaluation was also reviewed during an executive session, with no announcement made.
The next regular board meeting is scheduled for March 14.
