John Osborn Harris, a 52-year-old resident of Borger, TX, died Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005 in Warner Robins, GA. He was native of Trenton.

The body was cremated and no services were held at this time.

Mr. Harris was born Dec. 30, 1952 in Trenton, the son of Lilburn Donald and Lilla Mae Chandler Harris.

At the time of his death, Mr. Harris and his wife, LaNeta, were over the road truck drivers.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Harris is survived by two daughters, Lana Hoopingainer and her husband, Robert of Temple, TX, Deah Thornhill and her husband, Chance of Columbus, TX; one son, Lonnie Harris and his wife, Connie of Livingston, TX; a step-son, Chuck O?gilvie of Stockton, CA; seven grandchildren; two sisters, Laveta Mitchell and Ruth Nickolson, both of Needville, TX; a brother, Don W. Harris of Oklahoma City, OK. Mina Bosley of Trenton and Barbara Lovell of Laredo are aunts.

Mr. Harris was preceded in death by his parents; his maternal grandparents, John and Olive Chandler and his paternal grandparents, Tim and Neva Harris.
