The Trenton Chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders was well-represented at the regional screening held Tuesday at Braymer High School, with three students elected to office, including one who will have a state-wide position. In addition, a Tri-County student was elected Regional First Vice President.

The Trenton Chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders was well-represented at the regional screening held Tuesday at Braymer High School, with three students elected to office, including one who will have a state-wide position. In addition, a Tri-County student was elected Regional First Vice President.
Katherine Hoffman of THS was elected State Vice President from Region 2. The sophomore is only the fourth student to achieve this office from Trenton High School.
Her duties as State Vice President are to act as a liaison between the state and regional association. She will also represent Region 2 at the State Executive Meetings and participate at state meetings and leadership conferences. She must be an active member of Region 2, complete a minimum of one year of family & consumer science and complete one Power of One unit. She must also have a scholastic rating above average. Katherine has served as Region 2 first vice president, secretary and recreation leader. She currently serves as the Trenton High School chapter Vice-President.
Jamie Hobbs of Tri-County R-7, was elected to serve as Regional First Vice President and will be in charge of STAR Events.
Kendra Foster of THS was elected Region 2 Treasurer. Kendra is responsible for all Region 2 finances.
Camie Steinhoff of THS was elected Region 2 Recreation Leader. Camie will be responsible for the Region 2 lock-in and talent show at the Regional Meeting.
Serving as voting delegates at the meeting were Bailey Eaton and Aubrey Utley, representing Trenton Middle School, and Kiley Slater, Cassie Murphy, and Kayla Slater, representing Trenton High School.
Connie Hoffman is the THS FCCLA Advisor, while Suzi Beck is the TMS advisor and Jayla Smith is the Tri-County advisor.
