The Princeton City Council met Wednesday evening, hearing an update on the well project and approving two permits.
According to City Clerk Keri Stamper, the council met with Kinsey Russell of Shafer, Kline and Warren, who said the well currently being drilled for the city is about two weeks behind schedule. The project is being funded through an emergency grant received last year.
In other business, the council approved a building permit for Buddy Nigh, who is constructing a pole barn across from his residence on Truax Street and approved a caterer?s permit for Rudy?s for Dec. 4.
The next regular meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
