The Trenton High School Chapter of Family, Career and Community Leaders and the THS Student Council hosted a Halloween carnival and costume contest Tuesday evening at THS.

Students had various carnival-type games for children ages infant through third grade, with a costume contest following. Cash prizes were given to the top place-winners.

Winners in the costume contest were:

Infants (three and under) – girls, Lexi Gott, first; Brylee Peacher, second; Halley Windsor, third; and Bailey Dunkin and Jordan Marrs, tie for fourth; boys, Dylan Thomas, first; Sabastian Brown, second; Raife Sampson, third; and Kaden Walker, fourth.

Preschool – girls, Taylor Richman, first; Oakley Madden, second; Laura Carlson, third; and Kathryn Wilmot, fourth; boys, Tommy Johnston, first; Tyler Kidd, second; Kyle Murphy, third; Carlin Rorebeck, fourth; and Cole Schilling, fifth.

Kindergarten – girls, Whitley Richman, first; 2. Hadley Windsor, second; Hannah Kennebeck, third; and Mercedez Elliott, fourth; boys, Tyler Nickell, first; Austin Martin, second; Jeffrey Medlin, third; Cole Little and Logan Lowrey, tie for fourth.

First Grade – girls, Jena Warren, first; boys, Bryce Whitney, first; Landon Ellis, second; Isaiah Lickteig, third; and Zane Smith, fourth.

Second Grade – girls, Kathleen McKibben, first; Darrian Callahan, second; Alli Shipley-Fair, third; and Rachel Morrison and Alexis Hagan, tie for fourth; boys, Jacob Morse, first; Gavin Griffin, second; Tanner Hudson and Klark Critten, third; and Alec Sievering, fourth.

Third Grade – girls, Rebekah Wiggins, first; Samantha Davis, second; Michelle Stewart and Samantha Hendricks, tie for third; boys, Charlie Hoffman and Gannon Albrecht, tie for first; Nicholas Winsor, second; Chanse Houghton, third; and Drew Dolan, fourth.
