Michael Dale Rousselot, a 53-year-old resident of Littleton, CO, died on Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004 at his home.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 22, 2004 at Light of the World Catholic Church in Littleton. Burial will be in Mt. Lindo Memorial Gardens at Morrison, CO.
Mr. Rousselot was born on June 29, 1951 in Kansas City, KS, the son of Ernest and Jean Rousselot. He graduated from Trenton High School in 1969. He earned a degree in construction management in 1974 from the University of Missouri-Rolla, where he was a member of Phi Kappa Theta fraternity. He also earned a degree in civil engineering from Kansas State University in Manhattan, KS in 1975. He was a senior project engineer for Swinerton Builders of Arvada, CO, with corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Rousselot was married on Dec. 27, 1975 in Great Bend, KS, to Janice Damm, who survives of the home. He was a member of Light of the World Catholic Church, an active member of the Stephens Ministry and was a third degree Knights of Columbus. He was an Eagle Scout and a member of the Tribe of Mic-O-Say.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by one son, Justin Rousselot of Littleton; his parents, Ernest and Jean Rousselot of Trenton; two sisters, Carol Nichols and her husband, Dennis, of Leawood, KS and Ann Wright and her husband, Richard, of Allen, TX; and one niece and three nephews, Emily and Mark Nichols and Patrick and Peter Wright.
