Patrick is survived by his parents and a sister, Madyson, all of the home; paternal grandparents, Pat and Dee Kinsella of Wheeling; a maternal grandmother, Brenda Dean of Laredo; a paternal great-grandmother, Bernita Anderson of Chillicothe; three aunts, Jennifer Girratono and har fiance, Brian, of Chillicothe, Carmen Mallery and her husband, John, of Shawnee, KS, and Dean Ann Howe and her husband, Robert, of Wheeling; and several great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
