Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl M. Ziegler Frisby Johnson will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday Sept. 24, 2004 at the Rural Dale Baptist Church, east of Trenton. Burial will be in the Rural Dale Cemetery.

Funeral services for Mrs. Pearl M. Ziegler Frisby Johnson will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday Sept. 24, 2004 at the Rural Dale Baptist Church, east of Trenton. Burial will be in the Rural Dale Cemetery.
There is no scheduled visitation at the Slater Funeral Home at Trenton.
Mrs. Johnson, a 94-year-old resident of St. Joseph and former Trenton resident, died on Monday, Sept. 20, 2004 at Saxton?s Woods Care Center in St. Joseph.
Mrs. Johnson, was born on Oct. 26, 1909 in Trenton, the daughter of Benjamin and Sarah Jane Wilcox Ziegler. She attended Trenton schools. She lived in Trenton and Kansas City.
She was a member of First Assembly Of God Church in Trenton.
She was married in Trenton on Feb. 29, 1928 to Thomas Frisby, who preceded her in death on Aug. 21, 1969. She was married at Kansas City on Sept. 27, 1975 to Ernest N. Johnson, who preceded her in death on April 14, 1976.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by three daughters, Mary Jane Thomas and her husband, Charles, of Kansas City, Martha Mitchell of Alexandria,VA and Pat Cannon of Tucson, AZ; one son Thomas Frisby and his wife, Karel, of St. Joseph; one brother, Kenneth Ziegler of Victoria, IL; two sisters, Ruth Sorenberger of Victoria, IL and Viola Lowry of Bowdoinham, ME; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husbands and parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters, Elva Endicott, Bertie Cox, Raymond Ziegler, Irving Ziegler, Vivian Corrigan and Paul Ziegler; and two grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the Kendallwood Hospice or Saxton?s Woods Care Center, both of St. Joseph.
