Bruno Marsh, a 73-year-old resident of 613 Rural St. in Trenton, died at 7:25 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 25, 2004 at his home, where he had been under hospice care.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 28, 2004 at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Trenton. A rosary will be said at 7 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27, 2004, with visitation to follow until 8 p.m. at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
Mr. Marsh was born Nov. 25, 1930 in Dickinson, ND, the Fred and Jennie Ridl Marsh. He was raised in the Dickinson community and joined the Air Force in 1948. He was discharged from the service in 1952 and returned to help with the family farming operation after his father was injured. He operated a dairy farm in the Dunlap community for several years and then moved with his family to Spickard, where he was a Vigertone feed dealer until his retirement in 2003. He was a member of the St. Joseph?s Catholic Church, where he served as the music director for many years.
H was married on June 16, 1962 to Eva Kennedy, who survives of the home.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, John Douglas Marsh and his wife Rosetta, of Trenton; a grandson, Chase Marsh of Trenton; four sisters, Dorothy Norris and her husband, Ray, Margaret Hamilton and her husband, James, and Bernadette Stamp, all of Trenton, and Patricia Talley of Beggs, OK; two brothers, David Marsh and his wife, Dolores, of Meadville, and Bernard Marsh of Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one niece.
The family requests memorial contributions to the Wright Memorial Hospice in Trenton.
