Funeral services for Michael Duke will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Pastor Barry Boulware will officiate. Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.

Funeral services for Michael Duke will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Pastor Barry Boulware will officiate. Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.
A family visitation is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. on Friday, June 25, 2004 at the mortuary.
Mr. Duke, a 39-year-old resident of Ft. Worth, TX, died at his home in Ft. Worth at 8:10 p.m. on Friday, June 18, 2004 from an apparent heart attack. He was a native of Trenton.
Mr. Duke was born on May 1, 1965 at Trenton, the son of Gerald and Mary Lou Hill Duke. He was raised in Des Moines, IA, where he graduated from Johnson High School, then attended and graduated from Des Moines Area Community college. He moved to St. Petersburg, FL following college. He was married on Dec. 1, 1992 at St. Petersburg to Karen Lovering, who survives him of the home. They resided in St. Petersburg until moving to Ft. Worth in 2004. At the time of his death, he was a managing partner of Rapid Reporting.
Mr. Duke was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Trenton.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Lindsay and Kristen Duke of the home; his parents, Gerald and Mary Lou Duke of Corinth, TX; and a brother, James Duke of St. Petersburg.
