The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 6 at City Hall.
The commission will hear a request from Vincent and NiCole Neal for an 11-foot variance on the sideyard setback requirement next to a street and a 10-foot variance of the rear yard setback requirement to allow them to construct a two-car garage on property located at 302 Ridgeway. A request will also be heard from Jerry Stevenson for a 14-foot variance on the front yard setback requirement to allow construction of a carport on property at 701 W. Fifth St.
