The North Central Missouri College Board of Trustees will ask three consultants to visit with members about helping the board recruit a new president for the college.
During a special meeting today, board members agreed to ask the consultants to come to Trenton and talk about specific services they would have available to the board as it conducts a presidential search. Although a formal resignation has not yet been submitted to the board, Dr. Walter Nolte will be leaving NCMC later this year to accept a presidency at a community college in Wyoming.
In other business, the board was told a joint meeting of the NCMC Foundation Board and the Board of Trustees will be held following the trustees’ regular meeting on May 25. During that meeting, Becky Mentisti of The Clements Group will discuss a feasibility study that will be done as part of a capital campaign planned by the college.
