Mary V. Wilson, a 51-year-old resident of Chillicothe, died at her residence on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2004.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, at the Lindley Funeral Home in Chillicothe. Burial will be in the West Cemetery at Galt.
A family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 o?clock tonight (Feb. 2, 2004) at the funeral home. General visitation is under way and will continue until 9 o?clock tonight and will be from 8 a.m. to service time on Tuesday.
Mrs. Wilson was born on Nov. 19, 1952 in Trenton, the daughter of Vaughn and Edith Tolle Rhoades. She was a 1970 graduate of Meadville High School and had lived in Chillicothe for four years, having moved from Trenton. She was a seamstress at Mid-West Glove in Chillicothe.
Survivors include one son, Marco V. Woody of Slater; her parents, Vaughn and Edith Rhoades of Chula; four sisters, Veva Ann Oertwig, Ernestine Railsback and Glenda Gillilan, all of Chillicothe, and Joyce Keithley of Avalon; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Ruth Roney; and an infant brother.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Mary V. Wilson Memorial Fund. These may be left at or mailed to the Lindley Funeral Home at PO Box 47, Chillicothe, MO 64601.
