The AMS Cafe is the next business slated to be opened in the Trenton AMS building.
Betty Moore of Trenton will be owner of the eating establishment, which is projected to open on March 15. Mrs. Moore said that with all the new businesses in the building and the Trenton Youth Coalition coming Feb. 1, she felt it was the “perfect opportunity” to open the restaurant. There are currently 13 businesses located in the building.
The restaurant menu will feature a daily plate lunch with a salad bar as well as baked goods. The Bulldog Burger, a loose meat sandwich, will also be featured on the menu. She will also be able to cater parties and groups up to 80 in the Trenton AMS community room.
Although no specific hours have been set, plans call for the restaurant to be open during the day on Tuesday through Saturday as well as Friday and Saturday evenings.
