Third District State Rep. Jim Whorton has announced planned visits in Daviess, Grundy and Sullivan counties this Friday and Monday.
On Friday, Whorton will be at Landes Oil in Jamesport from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.; the Daviess County Courthouse in Gallatin from 9 to 10 a.m.; Bing’s Convenience Store in Altamont from 10:30 to 11 a.m.; and the Grundy County Senior Center in Trenton from noon to 1 p.m. Monday’s visits include the Galt Cafe from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. and the Sullivan County Courthouse in Milan from 9 to 10 a.m.
Whorton is planning the visits to meet with constituents about various issues. Whorton’s district office is now located at 408 E. Ninth St. and the telephone number is 359-3988.
