Lisa Ratliff, a 29-year-old resident of Trenton, died at 4:28 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2003 at the Liberty Hospital in Liberty.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2004 at the First Baptist Church in Trenton. Burial will be in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens, north of Trenton.

A family visitation will be held from 7 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 3, 2004 at Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton.

Miss Ratliff was born on Feb. 28, 1974 at Trenton, the daughter of Rubert and Kay Pilcher Ratliff. She was raised in the Brimson community and graduated from Gilman City High School in 1992. She attended the Chillicothe Vo-Tech School and received a degree in floral design. For the past 10 years she had been employed at Flowers by Sarah in Trenton as a floral designer and had also worked nights at the Pizza Hut in Trenton for the past eight years.

Survivors include her parents, Rubert and Kay Ratliff of Gilman City; two sisters, Peggy Ratliff and Charlotte Gregg and her husband, Tony, of Gilman City; paternal grandparents, Jay and Mary Ratliff of Trenton; and a maternal grandmother, Doris Pilcher of Trenton.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather, Kenneth Pilcher; and one cousin, Scott Railsback.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Liberty Hospital, which may be left at the funeral home.
