A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 1 to dedicate the Ninth Street bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad.
The ceremony will be conducted at Hoffman and Reed, Inc, located at 915 Shanklin Ave., and is open to the public. Several individuals, including city and state officials, are scheduled to speak.
