Lela Verschor, a 95-year-old resident of the Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton, died at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003 at the nursing home.

Lela Verschor, a 95-year-old resident of the Sunnyview Nursing Home in Trenton, died at 2:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003 at the nursing home.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 15, 2003 at the Martin Cemetery, north of Trenton. Rev. James Booth will officiate. There is no scheduled visitation planned at the Whitaker-Eads Funeral Home in Trenton.
Mrs. Verschor was born on Aug. 20, 1908 at Tindall, the daughter of William Henry and Addie Hulse Moore. She attended the Central School and the Johnson School. She had lived at Rock Island, IL for several years and Los Angeles, CA for 20 years before returning to Trenton in the 1980s.
Mrs. Verschor is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Glen Moore; and a sister, Betha Dean.
