Victor B. Cunningham, an 88-year-old resident of Spickard, died at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003 at the Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton, where he had been a resident since Sept. 18, 2003.

Victor B. Cunningham, an 88-year-old resident of Spickard, died at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18, 2003 at the Eastview Manor Care Center in Trenton, where he had been a resident since Sept. 18, 2003.

Funerals services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2003 at the Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Burial will be in the Spickard Masonic Cemetery.

A family visitation is scheduled from 7 to 8 p.m. today (Monday, Oct. 20, 2003) at the mortuary.

Mr. Cunningham was born on April 4, 1915 in rural Spickard, the son of Wesley and Nina Berry Cunningham. He was married on Sept. 28, 1940 to Lucille Wilson.

Mr. Cunningham was a lifelong member of the Spickard Community. He was a farmer, carpenter, general handyman and did road maintenance work for Myers Township. He was an active member of the Fairview Methodist Church. He was also president of the Myers Township Board.

Mr. Cunningham is survived by his wife, Lucille; a daughter, Beverly Webster and her husband, Herb, of Kearney; a sister, Treva Stinson of Trenton; two grandsons, Kevin Webster and his wife, Carolyn, of Lathrop, and Brian ?B.J.? Webster and his wife, Dianna, of Kearney; three great-grandchildren, Alexandria ?Alex?, Tim and Tony Webster; and several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Wayne and Bob Cunningham; and three sisters, Ethel Tharp, Irene Rhoades and Veva Anderson.
