William Ray Stephens, a 64-year-old resident of Oakley, CA, died Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2003 of a heart attack.
The family is planning a service at the graveside of his parents, located in the Martin Cemetery, north of Trenton, sometime in October. The date and time will be announced later.
Survivors include one brother, Robert Stephens of Smithville; two sons, Mitchel Wayne Stephens and his wife, Alana, of Cedar Rapids, IA, and William Wesley Stephens of Everett, WA; four grandchildren; and several cousins, nieces and nephews in the Trenton and Spickard areas.
