Mick Luehrman, professor of art at Central Missouri State University at Warrensburg, will hold an “art talk” session at 9 a.m. on Friday in the Dorris Rider Art Gallery on the campus of North Central Missouri College.

Mick Luehrman, professor of art at Central Missouri State University at Warrensburg, will hold an “art talk” session at 9 a.m. on Friday in the Dorris Rider Art Gallery on the campus of North Central Missouri College.
Luehrman will be available to talk with the public as well as students of the college and there will be no charge for this opportunity. Persons attending the “art talk” will be able to view a sculpture exhibit of Luehrman’s work, which is on display in the art gallery from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. throughout the remainder of this week.
NCMC Public Relations Director Steve Maxey said that many guests have toured the gallery during Luehrman’s exhibit and the college hopes to have many more visitors during this final week. Among the special guests during the exhibit have been members of Preceptor Nu chapter of Beta Sigma Phi sorority and Junior Girl Scout Troop 251.
Plans for the next scheduled exhibit for October will be announced next week.
