William R. “Bill” Looker Sr., a 67-year-old resident of Kansas City, died Monday, Aug. 25, 2003 at his residence. He is the father of Deidra Looker of Trenton.

William R. “Bill” Looker Sr., a 67-year-old resident of Kansas City, died Monday, Aug. 25, 2003 at his residence. He is the father of Deidra Looker of Trenton.
Funeral services were held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 28, 2003 at the Heritage Funeral Home in Parkville.
Mr. Looker was born Oct. 14, 1935 in Maryville. He was a founding member of the Platte Woods United Methodist Church and was a member of the Masons and Shriners, where he served in the mounted guard. He was a member of MLICA, helping to build the stadium at Park Hill High School. He coached Little League baseball and football.
Survivors include his wife, Gwenda Looker; a daughter, Deidra Looker and friend, Darrell Kraus, of Trenton; a son, William R. Looker Jr. and his wife, Shelly; a brother, Jim Looker; a sister, Sue Taylor; and four grandchildren, Jaclyn and Ryan Duncan, William Raymond Looker III and Cydney Looker.
