Norma Nathalie Reed, a 74-year-old resident of Gilman City, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2003 at the Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany.

Norma Nathalie Reed, a 74-year-old resident of Gilman City, died Sunday, Aug. 24, 2003 at the Harrison County Community Hospital in Bethany.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 27, 2003 at the Roberson Funeral Home in Bethany. Burial will be in the Union Grove Cemetery, southwest of Gilman City.
A family visitation is planned from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2003 at the funeral home, where friends may call after 9 a.m.
Mrs. Reed was born Jan. 28, 1929 in Pattonsburg, the daughter of Chester and Ethel Brannem Salmon. She graduated from Pattonsburg High School in 1947. She was married on Dec. 30, 1947 in Trenton to Perry L. Reed Jr., who survives of the home. She was a homemaker and attended the New Hope Church.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Rhonda M. Miles of Columbia and Bonita G. Price and her husband, Jim, of Trenton; one son, Douglas E. Reed and his wife, Jackie, of Gilman City; one sister, Dorothy Stitt of Breckenridge; seven grandchildren; and three great-granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters, Zella Blessing and Ocie Foster; and five brothers, Quentin, Woodson, Joe, Ralph and Lloyd Salmon.
The family suggest smemorial contributions to the American Cancer Society. They may be left at or mailed to the Roberson Funeral Home at PO Box 46, Bethany, Mo 64424.
