Mary Joan (Jody) McClamroch, a 61-year-old resident of Bucklin, died on Saturday, Aug. 23, 2003 at Northeast Regional Hospital in Kirksville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2003 at the Wright-Baker-Hill Funeral Home at Brookfield. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery, north of Bucklin.

Visitation is under way at the funeral home. A family visitation will be held from 6 to 8 this evening (Monday, Aug. 25, 2003) at the funeral home.

Mrs. McClamroch was born Feb. 8, 1942 in Trenton, the daughter of Charles and Mary Miller Tromerhauser. She was married on March 15, 1986 to Denver McClamroch.

Mrs. McClamroch had been a job coach at Senate Bill 40 in Brookfield. She had worked at Wal-Mart in Brookfield and worked for Reynolds Publishing company. She also owned a dog kennel and was a member of the American Pet Association. She attended the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church near Bucklin.

Survivors include her husband, Denver, of Bucklin; four sons, Bob Dennis and his wife, Linda, of Humphreys, Ronnie Dennis and his wife, Cheryl, of Avalon, Randy Dennis and his wife, Keri, of Utica and Rick McLaughlin and his wife, Kim, of Brookfield; two stepsons, Mark McClamroch and his wife, Patty, of Bucklin, and Wyatt McClamroch of Downing; a stepdaughter, Kelly Ketchum and her husband, Bill, of Downing; and 16 grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Margaret Campbell.
