The Trenton City Council will meet in regular session at 7 p.m. on Monday evening at city hall.
Items on the agenda include discussion and approval of stormwater work in Moberly Park and near Lake Manor in east Trenton; bids for removal of buildings at 1204 Oklahoma Ave. and in the new industrial park; and a police volunteer program. An ordinance establishing net metering services for Trenton Municipal Utilities will also be considered. The council will also hold an executive session for personnel.
Prior to the council meeting, the finance committee will meet at 5:50 to discuss the Lake Manor stormwater project.
At 6 o’clock, the council?s economic development committee will meet to discuss a spec building with Johne Chapman; hear an update on the Civil War reenactment; discuss rental of the farm ground at the new industrial park; and hear a report by Assistant City Administrator Rick Childers. The committee will also meet in executive session for personnel.
