Rev. V.R. Hamilton, an 82-year-old resident of Kimberling City, died on Friday, Aug. 1, 2003 at the Skaggs Hospital in Branson.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2003 at the Ozark Mt. Assembly of God Church in Kimberling City. Military rites were held at the Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Springfield, where he was buried.
Rev. Hamilton was a minister at several area Assembly of God churches, including Gilman City.
He is survived by his wife, Aline, of the home; two daughters, Donna Billingsley of Glenco, OK, and Anita Kidd of Kimberling City; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
