Charline V. Pew, an 82-year-old resident of Kansas City, KS, died on Thursday, July 10, 2003 at the Providence Medical Center in Kansas City. She was a native of Trenton.

Charline V. Pew, an 82-year-old resident of Kansas City, KS, died on Thursday, July 10, 2003 at the Providence Medical Center in Kansas City. She was a native of Trenton.

Funeral services were held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 12, 2003 at the Porter Funeral Home in Kansas City, KS. Burial was in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens. Casketbearers, all nephews, were Ronald Hamilton, Larry Hamil-ton, Roger Hamilton, Alan Crawford, Randall Crawford and Jack Shilt.

Mrs. Pew was born Feb. 14, 1921 at Trenton and lived most of her life in Kansas City, KS. She was a graduate of Trenton High School and attended Trenton Junior College.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Chester Pew; three daughters, Beverly Burkman and her husband, Monroe, of Stamford, TX, Marilyn Calovich and her husband, Steve, of Merriam, KS, and Judy Seeger and her husband, Tim, of Lenexa, KS; one grandson, Jared Seeger; a brother, Robert Scott and his wife, Betty, of Jamesport; a sister, Margaret Buzzard of Stanton, CA; three sisters-in-law, Mary Lou Crawford of Trenton, Anna Hamilton of Chillicothe and Kathryn Scott of Amarillo, TX; and several nieces and nephews.

Attending the funeral from this area were Mr. and Mrs. Alan Crawford and Troy, Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Wendt, Mary Lou Crawford and Mr. and Mrs. Burley Hague.
