Dwain Keith Coddington a 59-year-old resident of Princeton, died on Monday, June 30, 2003 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 3, 2003 at the Faith Christian Center, north of Princeton. Pastor Jim Exley will officiate under the direction of the Greenlee-Middleton Funeral Service at Princeton. Burial will be in the Pleasant Ridge Cemetery, northwest of Princeton.

Visitation is under way at the funeral home, where a family visitation will be held from 7 to 8 o?clock tonight (Wednesday, July 2, 2003).

Mr. Coddington was born on June 30, 1944 at Corydon, IA, the son of Issac J. and Wilma Bernice Hawkins Coddington. He was raised in Wayne County, IA and was a 1963 graduate of Corydon-Cambria High School. He later graduated from the construction technology program at North Central Missouri College in Trenton. He had been employed by the Missouri Department of Transportation at Princeton and had worked for MoDOT for the past 20 years.

Mr. Coddington was a member of the Faith Christian Center in Princeton. His hobbies were gardening, drawing, woodworking, fishing, hunting and sightseeing. He designed and constructed the new wooden sign for the MoDOT office, located north of Princeton.

Mr. Coddington is survived by a daughter, Jill Gannon and her husband, Brandon, of Princeton; three sons, Jason, Jordon and Josh Coddington, all of Princeton; his mother, Wilma Coddington of Corydon; one brother, Darwin Coddington of Corydon; a granddaughter, Kayla Gannon; two nephews, Joel Coddington and his wife, Julianne of Truro, IA, and Darrell Coddington and his wife, Wendy, of Corydon; and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his father and a brother, Daryl Coddington.
