Larry Tuttle, a 62-year-old former resident of the Trenton area, died on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at Saint Luke’s Northland Hospital from injuries suffered in a three-wheeler accident.

Larry Tuttle, a 62-year-old former resident of the Trenton area, died on Thursday, June 26, 2003 at Saint Luke’s Northland Hospital from injuries suffered in a three-wheeler accident.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 29, 2003 at Resthaven Mortuary, north of Trenton. Open visitation will begin at 9 a.m., Saturday, June 28, 2003 at the funeral home. Burial will be in the North Evans Cemetery.

Mr. Tuttle was born on May 29, 1941 in Belflower, CA, the son of Lester and Wanda Cooper Tuttle. He was raised in the Spickard and Trenton area and later worked as a supervisor at Trenton Foods for 23 years. He also owned and operated Tuttle Small Engine Repair. He went to work at the Western Missouri Correctional Facility at Cameron, retiring on May 31, 2003.

He was married on Nov. 4, 1991 at Miami, OK to Julie Davis, who resides of the home at Cameron.

Other survivors include his mother and step-father, Wanda and Raphael Cox of Trenton; two daughters, Melody Allen and her husband, Randal, of Warsaw and Loree Scott of Trenton; three step-sons, Jeremy Davis and his wife, Claudia, of Cameron, Jacob Rose of Albuquerque, NM and Joshua Rose of Cameron; one brother, Melvin Tuttle and his wife, Joyce, of Trenton; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Memorials may be left at the funeral home for the Larry Tuttle Memorial Fund.
