Those affected by the advisory include customers in the following locations: 15th Street, from Tower to Merrill; Merrill Street, from Crowder to 15th; Bolser Street, from 15th to 18th; Carnes Street, from 15th to 18th; and 18th Street, from Bolser to Carnes St.
The advisory is in effect until 5 p.m., Tuesday, unless it is re-issued.
