Charles W. White, an 84-year-old resident of Galt, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at Heartland Regional Medical Center East at St. Joseph.

Charles W. White, an 84-year-old resident of Galt, passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2003 at Heartland Regional Medical Center East at St. Joseph.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2003 at the Rhodes Funeral Home in Brookfield. Rev. Gene Schreffler will officiate. Burial will be in the Lakeside Cemetery in Sumner.
Visitation begins at 2 p.m. on Sunday, June 15, 2003 at the Rhodes Funeral Home with a family visitation from 6 to 8 p.m.
Mr. White was born on Jan. 1, 1919 at Arcadia, NE, the son of Fred H. and Elizabeth May Mayer White. He was married in Hawthorne, CA on March 7, 1954 to Anona Mae Harlow. He enjoyed recreational activities with his grandchildren and great grandchildren and enjoyed hunting and fishing.
Mr. White is survived by one daughter, Kathy Delauder and her husband, Terry, of Galt; two sons, Bob White and his wife, Rosie , of Brookfield and Butch White and his wife, Betsy of Franktown, CO; nine grandchildren, Ricky, Jimmie, Andy, Micky, Amanda, T.J., Greg, Kerri and Wendy; eight great-grandchildren, Bradley, Brittany, Anthony, Kable, Jessica, Breanna, Samantha and Tiffany; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Mr. White was preceded in death by his wife, Anona; parents; one daughter, Mary Ellen White; one son, Tommy Allen White; one grandson, Robert Lee White; one brother ; and two sisters.
