Jaden Markaya Gwynn Lewis, the 15-day-old daughter of Jason and Traci Jones Lewis of Princeton, died Friday, April 18, 2003 at Children?s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.

Jaden Markaya Gwynn Lewis, the 15-day-old daughter of Jason and Traci Jones Lewis of Princeton, died Friday, April 18, 2003 at Children?s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, 2003 at the Princeton First Baptist Church. Rev. Guy Olin Thomas will officiate. Burial will be in the Princeton Cemetery. The service is under the direction of the Greenlee-Middleton Funeral Service at Princeton.

An open visitation is under way at the funeral home, with a family visitation scheduled from 7 to 8 o?clock tonight (Monday, April 21, 2003).

Jaden was born on Thursday, April 3 2003 at St. Luke?s Hospital in Kansas City, the daughter of Jason and Traci Lewis of Princeton.

Jaden is survived by her parents; three sisters, Jordan, Jayci and Lacie Lewis, all of the home; maternal grandparents, Teri and Mark Middleton of Unionville and Steve Jones of Princeton; paternal grandparents, Lewis and Brenda Slaughter of Princeton; maternal great-grandmothers, Evelyn Jones, Dorothy Ormsby and Carol Schooler, all of Princeton; paternal great-grandparents, James and Mary Jane Dallas of Gladstone and Charles and Sue Slaughter of Princeton; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jaden was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Kenneth Lewis; and her maternal great-grandfathers, C.U. ?Pete? Jones, Mark Ormsby and L.A. Middleton.
