RPC, Solid Waste Boards Set To Meet

The Green Hills Regional Planning Commission and North Missouri Solid Waste Management District boards of directors will meet Thursday, Jan. 23 at the RPC office in Trenton.

The meetings will start at 6:30 p.m. with a dinner for board members and guests, to be followed by the RPC meeting at around 7 p.m. The solid waste district will then follow.

Items on the announced agenda for the RPC meeting include staff reports, the RPC audit, an update on the ConAgra situation at Milan, an EDA report, discussion of board liability insurance, USDA environmentals and Community Development Block Grant housing applications. An executive session for personnel and/or litigation issues may also be held.

Items on the announced agenda for the solid waste management district include election of a new president.
