Connie Elaine Conover, a 52-year-old resident of Gilman City, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003 at her home.

Connie Elaine Conover, a 52-year-old resident of Gilman City, passed away on Sunday, Jan. 12, 2003 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 15, 2003 at the Gilman City Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery in Gilman City.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today (Tuesday, Jan. 14, 2003) at the Roberson Funeral Home in Gilman City, where general visitation is in progress.
Mrs. Conover was born on Jan. 18, 1950 in Trenton, the daughter of Luther and Amanda Wilson Deskins. On Aug. 23, 1969 she married Gary Conover in Melbourne. He survives of the home. She was the cash office manager at Wal-Mart and she was a member of the Melbourne Baptist Church in Melbourne.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Conover is survived by one daughter, Stephanie Conover, and her friend, Mace, of Princeton; one son, Dean Conover and his wife, Andrea, of Kansas City; and one sister, Janice Roberts of Trenton.
Mrs. Conover was preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
