Benjamin Perry Crawford, a 74-year-old resident of Bullhead City, AZ passed away at 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2002. The body was cremated.

Benjamin Perry Crawford, a 74-year-old resident of Bullhead City, AZ passed away at 11:45 p.m. on Dec. 30, 2002. The body was cremated.
Graveside rites and burial will be held at 1 p.m on Sunday, Jan. 19, 2003 at the Martin Cemetery, north of Trenton. Russell Joiner will officiate.
Mr. Crawford was born on April 13, 1928 in Drumwright, OK, the son of Perry and Elva Witten Crawford. At the age of 20 months, his father was killed in an oil well accident and the family returned to a farm in the Forks of the River area. He attended rural Crawford school and Trenton schools. He graduated from Trenton High School in 1946. He was married to Gladys McCollom in 1948. He later married Evelyn Maples Donahoe of Trenton and moved to Sunnyvale, CA. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1954-1957. After his discharge he went to work at Westinghouse in California and retired from there in 1988. In 1989 he moved to Bullhead City, where he made his home until his death.
Mr. Crawford is survived by one daughter, Pam Crawford of Salina, KS; one granddaughter, Heather, of Lincoln, KS; two grandsons, Mike and Royce of Salina; four great-grandchildren; three step-children, DeAun Smethurst and Dita Lehrack of California and Chuck Donohue of Austin, TX; two brothers, Norman Crawford of Henderson, NV and Newtown Crawford of San Diego, CA; one step-brother, Don Crawford of LaBelle, FL; one sister, Betty Gentry of Trenton; and one step-sister, Grace W. Dean of San Diego, CA.
Mr. Crawford was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn, in 1978; infant twin sons, Donald and David in 1949; his parents; one sister, Huella Oyler; and one step-brother, Raymond Crawford.
