Carolyn June Heide, a 50-year old resident of Raytown and former Gallatin resident, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, 2002 at Truman Medical Center Lakewood in Kansas City.

Carolyn June Heide, a 50-year old resident of Raytown and former Gallatin resident, passed away on Friday, Dec. 27, 2002 at Truman Medical Center Lakewood in Kansas City.
Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. today (Monday, Dec. 30, 2002) at the McWilliams Family Funeral Home in Gallatin. Burial was in the Brown Cemetery in Gallatin.
Mrs. Heide was born on April 12, 1952 in Chillicothe, the daughter of Junior L. and Frances Elaine Tague Mason. She graduated from Jamesport High School in 1971. She married Russell D. Heide on Jan. 27, 1978 in Butler, later moving to Gallatin, where she lived for 10 years. She lived the last few years of her life in Raytown.
Mrs. Heide is survived by her mother, Francis Mason of Raytown; one son, Cody W. Heide and Amanda Parker of Raytown; one sister, Jane Coon of Spickard; one grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Heide was preceded in death by her husband, Russell, in Jan. 28, 2001; her father, Junior Mason in 1998; one sister, Judy O’Brien in 1993; one nephew, Todd Renne in 2000; and one great-nephew, Derrick Renne in 1996.
